We are Safety 4 Cruisers LLC, doing business as Safety 4 Cruisers ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a registered limited liability company in Washington, USA. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website safety4cruisers.com (the "Site") and any services, technical consultations, or products provided by Safety 4 Cruisers LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, scheduling a 1:1 consulting session, or purchasing/participating in product programs (including beta hardware kits), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Site and our services.

1. Eligibility & Scope of Services

1.1 Consulting Advisory Only: All 1:1 consulting, system design advisories, and technical documentation provided by Safety 4 Cruisers LLC are for informational and educational purposes only and are based on the experience and education of the provider. It does not substitute official manufacturer manuals, certified marine engineering inspections, flag state regulations, SOLAS requirements, or other legal/governmental regulations including mandatory local maritime compliance standards.1.2 High-Risk Marine Environments: The user acknowledges that operating marine vessels involves inherent risks. Safety 4 Cruisers LLC does not assume liability for navigational, electrical, or mechanical failures occurring at sea following a consultation.

2. Financial Terms & Merchant Processing

2.1 Pricing transparency: All rates for consulting services, digital guides, and hardware products are explicitly stated in United States Dollars (USD) on the respective booking or checkout page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 Payment Authorization: By providing a credit card, debit card, or other payment method, you authorize Safety 4 Cruisers LLC (via our payment facilitator) to charge the specified amount prior to service delivery or product shipment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, diagrams, custom infrastructure designs, and code displayed on the Site or delivered during private consultations are the intellectual property of Safety 4 Cruisers LLC. Unauthorized distribution, commercial resale, or replication is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our members, employees and partners from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Services and/or products; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Safety 4 Cruisers LLC, we want you to feel confident and safe on the water. We offer the following transparent terms for our products and services:

  • Impeller Saver Beta Product: We are offering this product free of charge. If it does not meet your expectations, you may dispose of it as you see fit.

  • 1:1 Consulting Services: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled video call for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.
